APP high-pressure pump

The APP high-pressure pump is a range of oil-free axial piston pumps by Danfoss (Europe), purpose-built for seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) systems onshore, offshore, and on marine vessels. Manufactured using highly durable duplex/super duplex stainless steel, these pumps deliver excellent corrosion resistance, long service life, and stable performance in harsh environments.

PRODUCT FEATURES

  • Zero risk of lubricant contamination: The axial piston pump is completely oil-free and uses the pumped medium—water—as the lubricant, ensuring there is no risk of oil contamination.
  • Easy maintenance: A simple design with few moving parts, all-stainless steel construction, and service intervals of up to 8,000 hours minimize maintenance efforts and downtime.
  • Energy efficiency: The highly efficient axial piston design reduces power consumption, optimizing operating costs.
  • Compact footprint: Small, space-saving footprint allows flexible integration into various system layouts.
  • Durability: Built from corrosion-resistant materials including Duplex (EN1.4462/UNS S31803), Super Duplex (EN1.4410/UNS S32750), carbon-reinforced PEEK, and ceramics for long-term reliability in aggressive environments.
  • Certified quality: Fully certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and ATEX standards. Positive Material Identification (PMI) report available upon request.
