ATS Water Technology offers Codeline OCTA 80S, which is membrane housing series of 8” diameter with side entry design equipped with OCTA Technology. This is used for commercial, municipal and industrial RO applications. Vessel models are available in operating pressure of 150 PSI, 300 PSI, 450 PSI, 600 PSI,1000 PSI and 1200 PSI with multiport connectivity. These are made up of epoxy/ glass composite to meet the demands of long term and continuous use in RO processes. Codeline 80S vessels can accommodate any standard 8” membrane element.

- Multi-porting options available with 1.5”, 2.0” and 2.5” diameter IPS grooved feed/ concentrate ports for connecting vessels to each other
- Quick lock head retention system for quick access to membranes
- Exteriors coated with high-gloss polyurethane paint for UV resistance
- Captured head seal prevents roll during head assembly fitting
- Compatible for use in brackish, high brackish and seawater applications for respective pressure ratings
- Non-coded vessel models available for pressures up to 600 PSI

- Integrally wound locking groove: enhanced end-margin strength for better performance
- Flexibility in permeate piping: Customization of the standard permeate ports for flexible water flows is available for specific requirements
- Ultrapure/sanitary applications: The coded models of the 80S series can optionally accommodate specially designed sanitary connections
