On July 30, 2025, a senior technical specialist from Pentair (USA) conducted an intensive technical training session at the headquarters of ATS Water Technology Co., Ltd.

The training workshop was attended by the engineering team of ATS Water Technology Co., Ltd., along with key technical personnel from our strategic partners currently executing large-scale water treatment infrastructure projects across Vietnam.

  • AnMBR (Anaerobic Membrane Bioreactor) Technology: An anaerobic wastewater treatment process combined with ultrafiltration (UF) membranes that optimizes COD removal efficiency while recovering energy via biogas production, reducing operating expenses (OPEX) and excess sludge generation.
  • Aquaflex ultrafiltration membrane technology: Features polyethersulfone (PES) hollow-fiber membranes operating in an inside-out flow configuration under low-pressure conditions. Delivers up to 6-log bacterial removal, filtrate turbidity below 0.1 NTU, and Silt Density Index (SDI) below 3.
  • Standard UF operating sequence: Comprehensive analysis of hydraulic backwashing, Chemically Enhanced Backwash (CEB), Clean-in-Place (CIP) protocols, and Air Integrity Testing (AIT), ensuring continuous flux stability and extending membrane service life.
  • Proprietary Helix membrane technology: Incorporates helical flux-enhancing turbulence technology to mitigate membrane fouling, lower energy consumption, and boost operational efficiency in high-organic loading applications.
  • Field engineering & system design criteria: Practical design considerations for UF process trains, including feed/backwash pump sizing, manifold and valve engineering, and automated CIP/CEB cleaning skid integration.
